What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The application was resolved by an order issued on November 8, 2021, but the Landlords requested a review of the order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2023. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before January 30, 2023. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by January 30, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 5.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
