What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant has paid all the rent arrears owing, and only owes the Landlord the filing fee of $175.00.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord its filing fee of $175.00. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by January 31, 2021, she will owe simple interest calculated from February 1, 2021 at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
