What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because they require the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord's mother.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2016. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement starting June 1, 2016.
