What happened

Tenant applied for orders determining that the Landlord's superintendent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant (T2 application) and that the Landlord has not repaired or maintained the rental unit or the residential complex, or had not complied with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards (T6 application). The T6 application was previously settled by a Mediated Agreement, and the Tenant filed a request to re-open this file.

The ruling

The Tenant's request to re-open the file was denied. The Tenant's T6 and T2 applications were dismissed due to the lack of details and incomprehensibility of the allegations.
