What happened
Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $2,010.76 in rent arrears and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 12, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
