What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay $8,182.71 to the Landlord by June 30, 2021 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
