What happened

The ruling
The previous order is set aside and replaced with a new conditional order requiring the Tenants to pay the lawful monthly rent in full and on time for the next twelve months. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
