What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant did not pay the required amounts by the deadlines set in the previous order.
The ruling
The previous order TEL-18327-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 24, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $20,930.63, plus $78.90 per day starting January 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 24, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
