What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $30,806.00 by that date. Tenants must pay $26,772.25 plus $77.26 per day starting February 9, 2022, for rent arrears and compensation. If not paid, Landlord may file for eviction enforcement from February 20, 2022.
