What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by February 4, 2023, and pay $11,483.41 plus $30.11 per day from January 6, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 5, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
