What happened

Tenants applied for a rent reduction due to a reduction or discontinuance in services or facilities provided in respect of the rental unit or the residential complex. The application was resolved by order SOT-09089-19 issued on February 03, 2020. The Tenants later requested a review of the order, alleging it contained a serious error. The review request was scheduled to be heard on October 06, 2021, but the Tenants subsequently withdrew their request as the issues with the Landlord had been settled to their satisfaction.

The request to review order SOT-09089-19 issued on February 03, 2020 is dismissed. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on March 05, 2020 is cancelled, and the stay of order SOT-09089-20 is lifted. The review hearing scheduled for October 06, 2021 shall be cancelled.
