What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. This was the Landlord's second application regarding the same issue.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 6, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $42.74 per day for use of the unit from October 27, 2021 until they move out, as well as $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 6, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
