What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 23, 2021, the date the Tenant must vacate the unit. The Tenant must pay $1,103.04 to the Landlord or the Board by June 30, 2021 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant pays $2,020.11 between July 1 and July 23, 2021, the tenancy will also continue. The Landlord must pay the Tenant $98.64, which represents the rent deposit and interest, less the rent owing to June 23, 2021 and the Landlord's filing fee.
