What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $4,383.96, which includes rent arrears owing up to June 30, 2022 and the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 16, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
