What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy shall terminate on June 30, 2024. The Tenants shall vacate the unit on or before June 30, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction. The Landlord shall waive the rent for May 2024 and June 2024 if the Tenants vacate by June 30, 2024.
