What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's racist harassment and threats against other tenants, which the Landlord claimed seriously impaired the safety of the other tenants.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 13, 2020. The Tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $175 for the application fee and $47.04 per day for use of the unit from July 9, 2020 until the Tenant moves out.
