What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to an illegal act committed by the Tenant's occupant, Michael Deering, and other guests in the rental unit, as well as the serious impairment of safety of another person in the rental unit and residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy continues on the condition that the Tenant, their occupants, or guests do not commit any illegal acts or seriously impair the safety of another person in the rental unit or residential complex for 12 months. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
