What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to an occupant (Y) committing illegal acts and seriously impairing the safety of others in the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by March 31, 2019. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not move out by March 31, 2019, they shall also pay the Landlord $12.30 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from April 1, 2019 until they move out.
