What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by the Landlord's child.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to evict the Tenants starting May 1, 2021. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $34.52 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from May 1, 2021 until they move out.
