What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 30, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $544.95 for use of the unit from May 7, 2021 to August 19, 2021, and $5.19 per day from August 20, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
