What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2022 unless the Tenant pays $8,850 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by July 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $8,067.30 plus daily compensation of $32.05 per day starting July 7, 2022 until they move out.
