What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant, or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person and the act or omission occurred in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 4, 2022. The Tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $33.73 per day for use of the unit starting December 4, 2022 until the Tenant moves out, and $186 for the application filing cost.
