What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by their daughter.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
