What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Tenants committing illegal acts involving firearms and other offences in the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 2, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If they do not, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenants must also pay the Landlords $186 for the application fee and $98.63 per day for compensation for use of the unit from November 3, 2021 until they move out.
