What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 12, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $22,227.14, which includes rent arrears up to October 1, 2021, the cost of filing the application, and daily compensation for use of the unit starting October 2, 2021. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 12, 2021, they will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
