What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 23, 2021. The Tenants must pay $35,175 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to August 12, 2021 and the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by August 23, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
