What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties agreed at the hearing that the Tenant owed the Landlord $80 for the Landlord's Board filing costs.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $80, which represents the balance of the Landlord's cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 31, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
