The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 15, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $11,004.53, which includes rent arrears and compensation up to December 15, 2020, plus $23.99 per day in compensation starting December 16, 2020 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by January 26, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by December 15, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
