What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant was not present or represented at the hearing.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord's application filing fee of $201.00 by November 30, 2021. If the Tenant fails to do so, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting December 1, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay rent on time and in full for the period of November 1, 2021 to October 1, 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any one of these payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant without further notice.
