What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to a guest of the Tenants seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord. The guest, Alysha, grabbed the Landlord's cell phone and hit her on the left side of her face with it.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 1, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlords $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the amount owed by June 1, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
