The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $28,413.28, plus $98.63 per day starting January 16, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by January 26, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
