The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,105.02 in rent arrears up to August 31, 2021, less the $684.98 deposit and interest. The Tenant shall also pay $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by October 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
