What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant; the Tenant has committed illegal acts in the rental unit or the residential complex; and the Tenant has seriously impaired the safety of any person and the act or omission occurred in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by February 4, 2023. The Tenant owes the Landlord $530.42, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 4, 2023, the Tenant will start owing interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
