What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has/have wilfully or negligently caused undue damage to the rental unit or residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated, effective September 25, 2020. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 25, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application.
