What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenants pay $7,650 by 2022-09-30 or $10,250 by 2022-10-15 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,509.41 and $85.48 per day in compensation starting 2022-09-02 until they vacate the unit.
