What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenant allows the Landlord entry to the rental unit to perform the required life/safety inspections, both the past-due inspection and on an annual basis going forward. If the Tenant fails to comply with this condition, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
