The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 25, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,197.20 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, plus $42.08 per day for compensation starting January 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 25, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
