What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference and undue damage to the residential complex. The Landlord's evidence showed that people permitted into the complex by the Tenant caused damage to lampshades, and the Tenant acknowledged responsibility but did not fully compensate the Landlord.

The ruling

The tenancy continues if the Tenant pays $124.12 to the Landlord by January 13, 2023 and $186.00 by January 31, 2023. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
