What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on March 10, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 19, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $486.89 plus $29.00 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 1, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 19, 2020, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
