What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was resolved by an order issued on January 23, 2020. The Tenant requested a review of the order, which was heard on April 12, 2021.

The ruling

The previous order is cancelled and replaced. The Tenant shall pay $3,946.00 in rent arrears and costs to the Landlord in installments from May to October 2021. The Tenant shall also pay monthly rent on time starting May 1, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the full balance becomes immediately due and the Landlord may apply for eviction.
