What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $16,461.33 by July 31, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by July 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $12,289.01, plus daily compensation of $58.85 from June 22, 2022 until the move-out date. If the unit is not vacated by July 31, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
