The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $15,071.95, which includes rent arrears owing up to July 31, 2022 and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 23, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated from September 24, 2022 at 3.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
