What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenants because they assigned the rental unit without authorization from the Landlord.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of February 19, 2019. The Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before February 19, 2019 and pay the Landlord $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Unauthorized Occupant does not pay the full amount by February 19, 2019, they will owe interest at 3.00% on the outstanding balance starting February 20, 2019. If the unit is not vacated by February 19, 2019, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
