What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,245.39, plus $40.32 per day starting January 6, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant pays $5,574.00 on or before January 16, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
