What happened

The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 1, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant can void the order by paying $12,862.00 by February 28, 2022 or $13,488.00 by March 1, 2022.
