What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The application was resolved by order TNL-29093-20 issued on November 13, 2020. On January 12, 2021, the Tenants requested a review of the order and that the order be stayed until the request to review the order is resolved. On January 12, 2021, an interim order TNL-29093-20-RV-IN was issued, staying the order issued on November 13, 2020. On March 29, 2021, the Board received a request from the Tenants' representative to withdraw the request for review as the Tenants have vacated the rental unit.

The request to review order TNL-29093-20 issued on November 13, 2020, is withdrawn. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on January 12, 2021, is cancelled. The stay of order TNL-29093-20 is lifted.
