The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,497, which includes $5,311 in repair costs and the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 30, 2023, they will owe interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
