What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,407.78 by February 14, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by February 14, 2023, and pay $1,608.10 plus $39.33 per day from January 19, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 15, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
