What happened

The ruling

The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay $10,061 in rent arrears and costs, with a payment schedule of $2,000 by March 10, 2024 and $2,000 per month from April 1 to August 1, 2024. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the landlord may apply for termination and eviction.
