What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on August 30, 2019 with respect to application TEL-01341-19. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.
The ruling
The Board granted the Tenant's motion to set aside the eviction order. The previous order was cancelled and replaced with a new order requiring the Tenant to pay the full monthly rent on time for a 12-month period. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
